Gear List and Weights

I’ve never considered myself a gram-counter but it does seem to be becoming more and more important when I choose gear. Shaving a kilo here and there…Now I’m all up for that but a few grams here and there….. That is perhaps a bit too obsessed. Not that the weights given in the product description are always reliable. So I bought myself a little digital fish scale from Berkley to see for myself. Not much use after the fact but hopefully useful for you before you buy. Although… it is good to see the impact of omitting or including a piece of gear. So here’s my gear list with weights:
