Basically these are removable, light weight skin cleats; called Skeats.  They strap onto your boards on the fly...without having to take your boot out of the binding or even remove your backpack.  I have been using and testing them in the Tetons for the past few years.

Please let me know what you think.  And hopefully, how best to get your team some product.
